Spartans beat Waite to earn 1st league win

Start’s Jonah Tall rushed for a game high 209 yards with touchdown runs of 28 & 69 yards as the Spartans defeated Waite 31-6. Start’s other scores came from two goal line runs from Ta’Rese Highsmith and a fumble return by Taiwon Highsmith. Waite’s lone score came on a 61-yard reception by Terron Belle in the first quarter.
